Strict Fair Use Policy
Pushcode is for controlled, person-to-person transfer, not anonymous public distribution.
Permitted Use
Pushcode may only be used for deliberate, short-lived, person-to-person delivery of files where the sender is authorized to share the material and the recipient is known to them.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Pushcode for bulk distribution, automated relay activity, copyrighted material you do not control, malware, phishing, credential theft, scraping, brute-force attempts, or any attempt to bypass security, limits, or account controls.
Enforcement
We may throttle, block, suspend, or permanently terminate access without notice where traffic patterns, content, or account behavior suggest abuse, operational risk, or legal exposure. We may also delete queued artifacts that appear to violate this policy.
Operator Discretion
Access to Pushcode is discretionary while the service remains in rollout. We reserve the right to reject high-risk use cases, cap volumes, require clarification, or keep parts of the service invite-only.
